What do Boosted and Priority actually do?
The homepage tabs keep the first two places for paid plans. Paid listings take turns there every 10 minutes; the rest of the page rotates through everyone, so nobody is ever left out.
Boosted gets one turn per round; Priority with Featured gets about four. In a simulated day an Enterprise listing appeared about 15 times, Professional about 10 and Starter about 8.
